The Chairman of the Board of SELISE, Kurt Weber, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, in writing, to express a common interest in promoting doing business in Kosovo and supporting the Republic of Kosovo in the context of digital transformation.
The LOI was signed following a meeting the Kosovo Prime Minister held in Zurich with the heads of Swiss enterprises on May 25th. The focus of the meeting was to discuss the increase of investments and trade exchanges between Kosovo and Switzerland.
Aside from SELISE, the meeting was attended by other leading Swiss enterprises, such as ABB Electrification, Amberg Group, Dr. Borer Consulting, RepRisk/Forlam Ventures, SAP, Sunrise UPC and many other distinguished names.
In a separate meeting with Mr Weber, Prime Minister Kurti emphasized in particular the great and growing potential of young people engaged in the information technology sector.
