SELISE enhances Sunrise’s wholesale order experience with Sunrise OneHub and Sunrise OneHub+

SELISE, collaborating with the telecommunication giant Sunrise, has launched the Sunrise OneHub Portal, previously known as the Wholesale Portal, and OneHub+ Portal, a CRM system designed to meet the ever-growing requirements of Sunrise’s clients across the world. The two platforms are integrated so that both of them reside under the same ecosystem, allowing instant data flow for better and more accurate data interpretation.

The Sunrise Wholesale Portal first went live 5 years ago and this revamped release included a large volume of data migration from the legacy portal to the new one. The core objective of this revamp was to provide Sunrise partners a platform to offer enhanced and combined product offering to the customers, including both ex-Sunrise and ex-UPC products after the two companies merged for a brief time in 2021.

The new Sunrise OneHub portal is designed to be a one-stop solution to receive quotes and place orders – with multiple options of network bundles – for an unlimited number of locations around the world. With the update, the portal now enables Sunrise partners to customize their purchases on a granular level according to specific customer requirements.

Sunrise OneHub and Sunrise OneHub+ portals were developed to meet the requirements of Sunrises’ clients from the telco industry and simplify connectivity across the globe with an open API system. While the Sunrise OneHub platform is a CPQ Engine that allows the Sunrise B2B team to configure products and product bundles, apply discounts, and provide quotes, the Sunrise OneHub+ platform offers customer case management, user access management, and report generation among other necessary functions.
