What You Will Do
- You will facilitate communication between business and developer units.
- You will manage publishing material works both internally and externally.
- You will act as a liaison between clients and team.
- You will be an expert in storytelling and concept design.
- You will transform large volumes of raw data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and infographics.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and data/research analysts to understand requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs.
- You will ensure that all visual assets meet high quality, accuracy, and consistency, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- You will stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data visualization and graphic design, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our visual communication strategies.
- You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- You will solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions as necessary to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of visual assets.
- You will be researching similar products, brainstorming with colleagues to come up with ideas and design concepts that fit the client’s needs.
Who You Are
- You possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in graphic design, fine arts or a related field.
- You have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- You are proficient in graphics designing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Candidates with experience or knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. will be given preference.
- You have an excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- You have the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear and compelling visual narratives.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- You have a knack for attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- You having expertise in Figma is a must. Candidates without this skill should be willing to learn about it.
- You having expertise in Flash and ActionScript will be preferred.
- You have a good understanding of web browsers, their differences, and their limitations.
- You have above-average proofing and writing skills for web content.
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks, project details, and tight deadlines.
- You should be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
