Senior UX Engineer

What You Will Do

• You will lead design projects from concept to completion, crafting high-quality deliverables that resonate with users and meet client goals. 

• You will dive deep into user research, conduct usability tests, and perform competitive analysis to gather invaluable insights.   

• You will design interactive prototypes, wireframes, and user flows. You will also embrace the iterative process, refining designs based on feedback.   

• You will develop and maintain robust design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across all products. 

• You will work hand-in-hand with developers, product managers, and fellow designers to bring your designs to life. 

• You will guide and inspire junior UX designers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.   

• You will conduct comprehensive UX audits, pinpointing usability issues and offering actionable recommendations for enhancement. 

• You will present your design concepts, research findings, and project updates to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the value of stellar UX design. 

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in any field.  

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio that dazzles. 

• You are proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.  

• You have a deep understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.   

• You are strong with prototyping and wireframing skills, coupled with the ability to conduct and analyze user research.   

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively in a team and manage multiple projects. 

• You have a keen eye for detail, a creative problem-solver, and a user-centered mindset.
