One of our clients offers software packaging. This enterprise enables multiple use-ready softwares to be installed in one on a companywide scale for their customers. This complex procedure takes time and organized communication. As such, we had to develop the new SPA Portal which replaced multiple old systems with a modern solution. SLAs, budgets, stores, billing management and more are now easily usable by one solution. Since January 2022 SPA Portal users can communicate and share data in a single digital space. Furthermore, there exists the opportunity to download histories, a robust dashboard and secure API access which allows management to forecast, plan resources and track progress with ease.
