


SELISE participated in the BASIS IT Exporters’ Night 2026, an event celebrating the global growth of Bangladesh’s ICT sector and its contribution to the national economy.
At the event, SELISE was recognised as one of the Top 10 IT Exporters of Bangladesh, reflecting the company’s sustained commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions for global markets. SELISE extends its sincere appreciation to BASIS and the Government of Bangladesh for their continued efforts in strengthening the country’s digital ecosystem and for acknowledging the role of technology exporters in driving economic growth.
SELISE’s leadership team, including Julian Weber (Chief Executive Officer), Rajiv Hassan (Chief Product Officer), and Eriko Sultana (Head of Marketing), was present at the event,engaging in industry dialogue with key stakeholders and peers.
A notable segment of the evening was a panel discussion featuring Julian Weber alongside Ms. Morikawa Yuko (JICA), Raisul Kabir (BrainStation 23), and Ferdous Mahmud Shaon (Cefalo Bangladesh Ltd.). The discussion explored Bangladesh’s evolving IT landscape, with Julian sharing insights from SELISE’s journey of building and scaling operations in the country. He highlighted the importance of market openness, talent enablement, and long-term ecosystem readiness as key drivers for sustainable growth.
The event facilitated meaningful exchanges on the future of IT exports, workforce development, and global competitiveness, further reinforcing Bangladesh’s emergence as a credible technology and delivery hub.
