Over 150 Employees and growing: SELISE Kosovo

During the last two and a half years, SELISE Kosovo, what started as a small dedicated local team in its early days, has evolved into a fully operational international delivery hub with now over 150 employees, reflecting Kosovo’s growing credibility as a destination for European digital services and talent sourcing.

The demand from Swiss and German clients shaped the expansion over the years, and instead of rapid, short-term hiring, the approach was guided by organic growth, ensuring that high-profile standards were met.  One of the key enablers of this model has been Kosovo’s proximity to major European markets, supported by strong air connectivity to Zurich and other European cities, making this a practical advantage rather than a logistical limitation. This not only enables a delivery model that remains personal and connected but also allows the clients to engage directly and have a closer look with teams on the ground, ensuring alignment, speed, and shared ownership.
