Signer Identification through a variety of markers 

SELISE Signature lets you customize the legal weight based on your company’s needs. User verification can be done with email, registered phone number, official identification documents, or a combination of all methods to maximize security. Two-factor authentication verifies the identity of the user through email or SMS. Once a contract is signed and becomes legally binding, documents are automatically sent over to Document Management over the API and archived as needed. Archiving typically depends on company policies and can be referenced and accessed through authorized personnel for security concerns. 

Advanced Level of Signer Identification with Biometric signing 

To balance regulatory compliance and user experience SELISE went above and beyond and introduced biometric signing which allows users to sign on any pressure sensitive device using a unique temporary URL. Yes, you heard it right SELISE Signature capitalizes on the advancements of the mobile web browsers which are nowadays capable of measuring the pressure applied to the display. 

This allows sales representatives to take signatures from customers on their own devices – the so-called Point of Sale Signature – and last but not least it makes a second factor redundant while the Signature still meets the four stipulates of the Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) as regulated by eIDas and ZertES – the European and Swiss regulatory framework defining AES.
