A Major milestone of ORDERMONKEY to witness! Our innovative ORDERMONKEY eco-system is now live in Subway’s flagship locations, including Glattzentrum Zürich and Welle 7 Bern, with many more stores rolling out soon.  this is the first subway store in Switzerland equipped with self-ordering terminals and Samsung displays, setting new standards in the customer experience!  The kiosks bring a seamless and efficient ordering process to Subway, enhancing customer convenience and optimizing operations. 

The self-order terminals at Welle 7, a bustling shopping and dining centre at Bahnhof Bern’s main train station, are already garnering attention. Known for its modern workspaces, vibrant atmosphere, and a wide array of dining options, Welle 7 is the perfect launchpad for ORDERMONKEY’s advanced solutions, designed for the convenience of travelling and international customers. These terminals enable seamless and efficient ordering processes, optimizing the customer experience while improving point-of-sale operations. 

Shortly after Welle 7’s successful go-live, Subway’s flagship store at Glattzentrum Zürich also adopted the ORDERMONKEY Eco-System. Glattzentrum, one of Switzerland’s largest and most frequented shopping centers, serves as an ideal venue for showcasing these innovations. This location features a variety of self-ordering terminals, including a state-of-the-art Samsung Display Wall, which elevates the customer experience to new heights.
