What You Will Do
Engineering Leadership & Delivery
- You will lead and scale multiple engineering squads delivering complex, secure, and mission-critical software systems.
- You will ensure predictable, high-quality delivery aligned with product roadmaps and client commitments.
- You will define and continuously improve delivery processes using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
- You will own core engineering KPIs including delivery velocity, reliability, quality, technical debt, security, and compliance (GDPR, FADP, and relevant enterprise standards).
Technical Strategy & Architecture
- You will define and uphold engineering standards, best practices, and architectural principles across the organization.
- You will guide teams on modern architecture, including microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native design.
- You will collaborate with architects and senior engineers on critical technology and platform decisions.
- You will ensure that systems are scalable, secure, resilient, and compliant with enterprise requirements.
People & Culture
- You will build, mentor, and develop strong engineering leaders, including Engineering Managers and Tech Leads.
- You will lead performance management, career development, and succession planning across engineering teams.
- You will foster a culture of ownership, craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- You will promote psychological safety, collaboration, and inclusion within engineering teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- You work closely with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
- You translate business and client needs into clear, executable engineering plans.
- You serve as a senior engineering representative in leadership forums and client discussions.
Operational Excellence
- You lead resource planning, capacity forecasting, and engineering budgeting.
- You support presales, solution design, and technical proposal development.
- You drive improvements in tooling, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and overall developer experience.
- You will drive the adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices and data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, telemetry, and intelligent automation to optimize delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.
Who You Are
Experience
- You have 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 4–6+ years in senior engineering leadership roles.
- You have proven experience leading large, distributed, or multi-squad engineering teams.
- You have a strong background in delivering enterprise or SaaS products at scale.
- You have prior experience working with service-based software companies preferred.
Technical Skills
- You have deep understanding of modern technology stacks and software architecture.
- You have hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- You have strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and cloud security.
- You have solid expertise in system design, scalability, performance, and reliability engineering.
- You have demonstrated the ability to define and enforce architectural standards across teams.
- You have excellent people’s leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership & Communication
- You have strong people’s leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
