Case Study Summary
This case study focuses on the “Consumer’s role” within the recycling ecosystem. While the overall vision involves multiple stakeholders. We emphasize how “Consumers” interact with the system from onboarding to long-term participation. The study highlights key flows like easy onboarding, intuitive navigation through a central dashboard, tracking activity and earning reward points. We also examine features like claiming and sharing rewards, impact reporting, to build trust and motivation.



As the idea and vision was broad but not defined, so translating it into concrete user flows required careful discovery and framing for a smooth journey.
