SELISE started its operation in 2011, headquarted in Zurich, Switzerland.

Locations: SELISE operates across 8 global locations, with its headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, and offices spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East; including Germany, the UAE, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Kosovo, Nepal, and in North America.

Switzerland: SELISE Group AG, headquartered in Zurich, is the strategic nucleus of the organization. As the founding location, Switzerland anchors SELISE’s vision, governance, and global coordination. Since its establishment in 2011, the Swiss office has led the group’s expansion by combining strategic advisory, platform visioning, and client engagement. Zurich hosts the core leadership team, high-level consultants, and solution architects who work closely with clients across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia, ensuring SELISE’s offerings remain aligned with market needs and global innovation trends.  

Bangladesh: SELISE Bangladesh, founded in 2011, is the flagship engineering and innovation hub of the group. Located in Dhaka, this office has grown into a powerhouse of software development and digital transformation, providing end-to-end services across SELISE’s global projects. The Bangladesh team is known for its engineering excellence, product innovation, and modular platform delivery. Leveraging a deep local talent pool, the Dhaka office is at the forefront of building secure, scalable, and high-performing digital platforms.  

Bhutan: SELISE Bhutan (Secure Link Services BT Pvt. Ltd), established in 2014, is a boutique delivery hub rooted in Bhutan’s national vision for mindful development. Sparked by a partnership with Thimphu TechPark, the Bhutan office was one of the first to invest in the local tech ecosystem. With a highly educated workforce, often comprised of returning diaspora, SELISE Bhutan delivers high-quality digital solutions while contributing to national goals of sustainability and innovation. The location benefits from close proximity and cultural affinity with Bangladesh, facilitating seamless regional collaboration.  

Kosovo: SELISE Kosovo, located in Prizren, offers multilingual remote support, DevOps, and engineering services for European clients. This nearshore center enhances SELISE’s delivery agility by providing real-time collaboration within the Central European time zone. With a digitally native and multilingual workforce, Kosovo plays a critical role in scaling SELISE’s operational capabilities, especially in support functions and rapid response engineering.  

Germany: SELISE Germany, headquartered in Berlin, supports DACH-region clients with consulting-led digital transformation. This location focuses on bridging global engineering talent with local client needs. By offering proximity-based collaboration and domain expertise, the German office enables deeper engagement in enterprise platform consulting, regional compliance, and innovation partnerships.  

UAE: SELISE UAE, based in Dubai’s Design District, functions as a global coordination hub. It manages legal and financial operations, regional consulting, and client relationships across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The UAE office serves as a strategic link between SELISE’s engineering backbone and its globally distributed client base, enabling agile delivery and business continuity across time zones.  

North America: SELISE North America operates through Tilia Technology Solutions LLC in New Jersey. As a local partner, Tilia provides sales and consulting services in the U.S. and Canada, enabling SELISE to serve clients with proximity while leveraging its global delivery capabilities.  

Ukraine: SELISE Ukraine functions as a fintech delivery center based in Chernivtsi, managed under the umbrella of SELISE UAE. With strong domain expertise in banking, insurance, and compliance, the Ukrainian team develops secure and regulated financial platforms for clients in Europe and the Middle East.
