What You Will Do
- You will become a core member of the SELISE Business Development team and offer your unique set of skills to add value to projects.
- You will use your understanding of business and markets to consult with various clients. You will understand their business, offer solutions, and decide on a product that is not only best for the customer, but brings true value to the end consumer.
- You will conduct product discovery sessions and assess client needs to sketch minimum viable products (MVP) with the product development team.
- You will translate business requirements into user stories and plan sprints in an efficient manner so that your team can meet development milestones.
- You will act as a bridge between the client and the technical team that is involved in the core development of products.
- You will learn how to break down a complex product into manageable releases and focus on an MVP to expedite the time-to-market.
- You will balance managing your team’s capabilities and your client expectations, while keeping relevant stakeholders updated on your progress with the project.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelors or master’s in business or any relevant field.
- You are very enthusiastic about amalgamating business and technology to create digital solutions for businesses.
- You are a conceptual thinker and quick learner. You thrive on solving problems and love thinking up brilliant ideas.
- You are organized and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You can write in an articulated and structured manner.
- You are adaptable and open-minded.
- You are result-driven, can work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to make quick decisions.
- You are skilled in PowerPoint, have experience working with GSuite applications and Photoshop (as a bonus).
- You have a penchant for everything digital, and a basic appreciation for the software development process
