Swiss Life

SELISE developed a comprehensive financial advisory platform for «SwissLife», transforming how advisors and clients interact. The platform serves as a one-stop shop, enabling direct communication between advisors and clients, while also providing advisors with full team and client management capabilities. Clients gain complete visibility into their wealth, enhancing their overall experience. 

Key features include:  

  • Integrated Third-Party Services: E-signature solutions and real estate evaluation tools enhance the advisory process.  
  • PSD2 Integration: Secure access to banking data across different financial institutions.  
  • Legacy System Integration: Three different systems were seamlessly integrated to ensure smooth functionality and bi-directional data exchange.   

More than 50,000 customers have been onboarded to FiLiP, with over 20,000 contracts signed. Clients use FiLiP to manage their financial goals, third-party contracts, and Swiss Life Select agreements, creating opportunities for advisors to upsell additional products. 

Ecohub

SELISE developed the EcoHub Essential Platform to address the growing need for a standardized, efficient exchange of customer data between brokers and insurers. The platform acts as a central proxy, allowing brokers to seamlessly connect with insurers without managing insurer-specific IT systems.  

Key features include:  

  • Identity and Access Management (IAM): Ensuring secure and authenticated access to services and systems.  
  • Data Exchange Proxy: Facilitating communication between brokers and insurers while maintaining a streamlined IT infrastructure.  
  • Audit Trail: Providing a legal and regulatory-compliant record of all transactions.  
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Simplifying access for brokers with a single login for all services.  

This solution has enabled brokers to save 30 minutes to 3.5 hours per user in data exchange processes, with potential annual savings of 600 to 800 working days. Insurers benefit from savings of up to 1,300 working days annually. The platform’s efficiency has translated into over CHF 35 million in savings for the industry each year, by reducing administrative burdens and improving the overall exchange process. 

AXA

SELISE partnered with AXA to enhance its Digital Advice Platform for SMEs, aiming to improve user experience and feature development. The solution was tailored to address two primary challenges: improving the platform’s interface and integrations and enabling the creation of new features.

Key features include: 

  • Enhanced User Experience: By improving the platform’s UI/UX, we made the system more intuitive for employees and SMEs.  
  • Integration with Existing Systems: We connected the platform with various internal systems, improving its functionality and performance.  
  • Agile Co-Creation: SELISE worked closely with AXA’s team under an Agile co-creation contract, ensuring collaborative development and technical consultancy for ongoing improvements.  

This partnership resulted in a more streamlined and efficient platform, with AXA reporting significant improvements in employee experience and operational performance. 

Ipex

SELISE partnered with IPEX to develop the PCX (Property Claims Exchange), a platform aimed at optimizing and streamlining property insurance claims processing. The unified platform aggregates claims from multiple providers into a centralized database, enabling efficient claims assignment and accurate validation.

Key features include:  

  • Centralized Claims Database: Consolidation of property claims from various insurance providers for streamlined back-office operations.  
  • Efficient Claims Assignment: Allows inspectors to quickly access resources and assign suppliers for faster claims resolution.  
  • Integrated Reporting & Invoicing: Advanced reporting and invoicing capabilities, ensuring transparency and seamless communication with all stakeholders.  

This solution helped IPEX reduce processing time and costs, improve claims accuracy, and boost operational efficiency. By processing over 300,000+ claim records and handling 2,000+ monthly claim assessments, IPEX is now positioned for scalable growth, thanks to SELISE’s innovative platform. 

Inventx & selected Kantonalbanken

SELISE developed a modern digital banking platform for Inventx, designed specifically for children and their parents. The platform provides a seamless hybrid banking experience by integrating diverse Finnova APIs, making banking interactive and educational for young users while giving parents the tools to guide and monitor their children’s financial activities.

Key features include:  

  • hybrid App: built with React Native for iOS and Android, featuring personalized functionalities like adjusting savings goals and setting up recurring savings.  
  • Tenant-Segregated Data Management: Integrated Finnova APIs ensure data is securely managed and tailored to the specific needs of each bank.  
  • Dedicated User Experience: Designed with a user-friendly and playfully engaging interface, this app was developed through extensive usability testing to make digital finance management intuitive for children and young people, helping them learn essential financial skills effortlessly.   

This solution successfully onboarded over 1,500 children, empowering them with the tools and knowledge to manage their finances responsibly, all while reducing operational complexity for the banks involved. 

X4T

SELISE partnered with X4T S.A. to develop the X4T Crypto Exchange platform to enable easy, secure, and fast crypto trading experience. The solution is tailored to provide a user-friendly UI for both new and experienced users while ensuring secure transactions without third-party engagement.

Key Features Include:   

  • Secured Crypto Trading: Web2 users can access their secure custodial wallets through Fireblocks on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC), enabling a secure and convenient digital finance adoption.    
  • Simplified Interface: With an intuitive, user-friendly interface, X4T platform simplifies crypto trading for both web2 and web3 users. Users can manage digital assets through crypto & fiat transfers with minimal complexity.   
  • Centralized & Decentralized Features: The platform combines the security and ease of a centralized system with the benefits of decentralized control over crypto assets and trading through utilizing Fireblocks & OpenOcean.

This solution enables X4T’s customers to trade over 50 digital currencies with options for fiat and crypto transactions, providing transparent & real-time currency rates and risk management features like custom slippage allowance. Crypto users benefit from enhanced control and visibility over their trades and transactions.
